Academic Supervision Model Based on Edmodo Application

The Covid 19 pandemic has had an impact on the implementation of academic supervision. This study aims to develop online-based supervision model. type research conducted is and development (Research Development). subjects were 4 (four) school principals 17 (seventeen) elementary teachers. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation studies, questionnaires. Qualitative data analyzed using Miles Huberman Quantitative obtained through a questionnaire. by validation tests limited trials quantitative descriptive with mean percentage. results showed that MARIA model (M - Mapping, A Arranging solution, R Running observation, I Identifying data, – Acting follow up) based Edmodo application improving performance techers in elemantary schools, result product at 88% level 86% very valid feasible category use. implications this facilitating information technology-based supervision, principals, increasing teacher competence carrying out learning, reducing stress when supervised.
